Hi, I’m Emily — mama to two wild little boys, one dog, ten chickens, and a sourdough starter. I’m also 100% committed to cooking the vast majority of our meals FROM SCRATCH because I know that eating real, whole foods (and knowing exactly what’s in our food) is the number #1 way to be healthy.

In this one of a kind program you will learn foundational cookery skills that enable you to pull together a meal using the produce you have on hand. It's also a reconnection to knowing where our food comes from, the ebbs and flows of seasons, knowing how to cook a mystery cut of meat or pull off a baked good using random bits and bobs in the fridge. You'll be cooking with your senses and intuition, a pinch of this, a shake of that, eyeballing a dough or a batter, swapping ingredients according to what's in your pantry.
